A Local Fire Protection Company Built for Southeast Missouri

“Fire protection isn’t just my job. It’s been my passion since the day I started my apprenticeship in 2016. I spent those early years learning the trade from the ground up: crawling through ceilings, tracing sprinkler lines, tagging extinguishers, and learning that the details nobody sees are the ones that matter most when something goes wrong.

Over the years, I watched the industry change. The mom and pop shops that knew their customers by name were being replaced by big box style fire protection companies. Calls went to call centers, technicians changed from visit to visit, and customers became account numbers. The work was still getting done, but the relationship was gone, and I knew the people of Southeast Missouri deserved better.

I had a dream to bring face to face customer service and small shop ethics back to the area. So I started Southern Fire Protection on a simple idea: treat every building like it belongs to family, answer the phone when it rings, and never cut a corner on something as important as fire safety. When you call us, you talk to someone who knows your building. When we show up, we do the job right the first time, and we stand behind it.
